The Concept, limited understanding and negative stereotypes Of Islam and Muslims in western countries. Throughout the history, from the creation of the universe and mankind, there have been prophets and messengers sent down to different nations and they descends down to mankind one after the other calling their people to spirituality, morality and self-consciousness. Among these prophets and messengers one regarded by the Muslims as the seal of the prophet hood with a scripture titled ‘The Qur’an† revealed unto him from Allah an Arabic name for God through angel Jibril also known as angel Gabriel. And he is known to us as â€Å"Muhammad† may the peace and blessing of God be with him and all those that came before him. Prophet Muhammad PBUH was also known as Muhammad Ibn Abd’Allah meaning â€Å"Muhammad the son of Abd’Allah†. Because mostly in some Arabian cultures, one is either surnamed by the clan or tribe or region one come from or one’s name attached to that of one’s parents mostly a father’s name. Prophet Muhammad was born in Mecca situated in Saudi Arabia in 570 CE and died June 8, 632 CE at age 62 in Medina also a city in Saudi Arabia. Muslims all over the world regarded prophet Muhammad as the real source of Islam a very well monotheistic religion that has in its verses and chapters a story about almost all the prophets and messengers that came before him.
